No one, for any reason, is permitted to copy the photographs, illustrations or text appearing on the pages of this website without purchasing a product or without express written permission from Photo Stock Source. Penalties for infringement are monetary and can be severe. In the event an infringement is discovered, the infringer will be notified and invoiced the industry standard of TRIPLE what would be the license fee for unauthorized usage and/or prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in U.S. Federal Court where the infringer will be subject to pay all court costs and attorneys' fees as well as significant court-ordered monetary awards for statutory and punitive damages.

A photograph is copyrighted at the instant its created. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement.

Print products have no usage license associated with them. Buying a print and scanning it for for commercial purposes without aquiring a license is a copyright violation.

It is illegal to copy, combine, or use portions of any Photo Stock Source photos, whether by scanning, downloading, digital reproduction, or as reference for another illustration. Furthermore, incorporating all or part of a photo in any other image constitutes an infringement of copyright. You cannot legally use a photograph by changing the photo. The original photo, however modified or distorted, is still protected by copyright.

Exceeding the terms of a license is an infringement. A new license is required prior to additional use.

An artist's rendering of a photograph in another medium is a derivative use of the photo and requires the purchase of a license prior to use.

Infringement of copyright is a serious offense, subject to severe penalties under law. The only legal way to use our photographs is to properly purchase a license or print.
